To support colleges in maintaining Dual Enrollment MIS reporting, we invite you to attend a comprehensive refresher webinar focused on Dual Enrollment reporting requirements and best practices, and guidance on the new XB14 data element.

This session is designed to support practitioners with guidance for reporting key Dual Enrollment data elements, refresh existing knowledge, and provide guidance on reporting the new XB14 data element. 

This webinar will be offered on August 4, 2026, and November 17, 2026. The content of both sessions will be the same; you only need to attend one of the two webinars

We will review critical reporting elements, including SB11, SB15, SG07, SG13, and XB14, with a structured deep dive into each. For every element, participants will gain clarity on: 

• Definitions – What each element represents and its role in Dual Enrollment reporting
• Subcodes – Detailed breakdowns of applicable coding structures
• Integrity Checks – Common validation rules and how to ensure data accuracy
• Reporting Patterns – Trends and common areas of improvement observed across submissions

In addition, the webinar will highlight public Dual Enrollment data sources, demonstrating how reported data is surfaced and used in tools such as DataMart and DataVista for reporting, analysis, and decision-making. 

The session will conclude with a Q&A segment, providing attendees the opportunity to ask questions and clarify specific reporting scenarios.
