Discipline Leads are a critical component of the Open Educational Resources Initiative (OERI) ecosystem, serving as a resource for their colleagues and curating the OERI’s collection for their discipline. As the OERI transitions into its role in as support for the system’s ZTC efforts, the Discipline Lead role is of even greater importance as new OER supported with ZTC funds are introduced and the OERI strives to identify – and eventually meet – unmet OER needs.
