Please join us as we discuss how colleges can embed DEIA competencies and criteria in their local employee evaluation and faculty tenure review process to create a more robust process for recognizing and valuing the many forms of DEIA work employees lead in support of students, colleagues, and their communities. Learn how DEIA competencies and criteria are critical for student, faculty, and staff retention and advance our statewide efforts to advance equity. A distinguished panel of faculty leaders will speak on their personal experience championing this work at their campus.
