The California Community College System has one of the most diverse student populations in the country, but the diversity of faculty, staff and administrators lags far behind. This presentation from the 2017 ACHRO conference discussed how human beings have evolved to become biased and what CCC staff and faculty can do to ensure that their decision making is not unconsciously controlled by bias.
