The event is centered in learning about the institutions statewide who are leading the system with innovative EEO strategies that can be scaled systemwide. Through this showcase, we hope to model collaborative promising impact practices about pre-hiring, hiring, and post-hiring efforts. The first of two regional EEO Showcases will commence for the Northern California Region on December 2nd at San Jose City College. The intent of this event is to listen, learn, and elevate the promising practices at institutions to the statewide level.
