The Chancellor’s “Call to Action” was launched in June 2020 for the California Community Colleges to actively strategize against structural racism in our institutions and communities. Webinars were held to discuss the “Call to Action” and featured presenters from across the system to share ideas on cultivating an equitable campus culture with institutional and individual change.

The “California Community Colleges Call to Action” learning module was one of two modules developed from those webinars. It defines and provides context to the Call to Action and includes perspectives on the need to work against structural racism.
